Step 1: Conceptual Submission

The Architectural Review Committee is empowered in the Dockside Cove POA covenants and seeks to help guide and enhance the community as a whole.

There are four Steps to getting Full ARC Approval, Each Step Must be submitted individually along with the checklist and required items. Step 1: Conceptual Submission - Conceptual submissions are designed for prospective owners or current owners prior to a purchase or hiring a contractor and should include house/building design, floor plan, at least a front elevation, side and rear elevations are encouraged, and any other relevant information.
